Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and email address
  • All saved room redesigns and generated images
  • Credit balance and purchase history
  • Any subscription data (your subscription will be canceled)
  • Device identifiers linked to your account

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@home-interior-decor.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Request Account Deletion

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the mobile app

You can also request account deletion directly from the mobile app by going to Settings → Delete Account.
